Aluminium is far stronger, so the frame can be much slimmer for the same structural span — typically 30% more glass in the same opening. Modern polyamide thermal breaks close the old insulation gap, and a powder-coated finish will not yellow or warp. It also lasts decades longer, which is why it is standard on architect-designed homes.
Every profile is quoted with its tested figures: water tightness up to 700 pa, air tightness from 1.2 m³/(m·h), wind pressure resistance to 5 kPa, acoustic performance to 40 dB and U-Factors from 0.23. The tested values for the exact system you order are written into the specification.
Manufacture is typically four to six weeks from the signed survey. A normal house of 8–20 windows and a door set is installed in two to four days by our own fitting teams — no subcontractors.
